2. Data naming rule
The Korean buoy data (quasi-real time) files in the CDMDB are named
according to the following rule:
STATION_YYYYMM.XXX
YYYYMM indicates the observation time (YYYY
is the year when making the observation and
MM is the month when making the
observation), STATION is the name of the buoy(see
'1. Station Information').
XXX indicates the type of data, for buoy data the type is 'txt'.
3. Data Format
The format used for the delivery of the Korean buoy data (quasi-real time) is an ASCII (character) format.
